Product Information
The Omni Automation TMSU is a top module that provides shelving positions for autonomously transporting product, materials, supplies, parts or good in Manufacturing Facilities, Institutions and Warehouses. These flexible adjustable shelving units can be field modified to meet your needs. The shelves have a capacity of up to 100 lbs. per shelf and are available in painted steel, aluminum, stainless steel or wire mesh. Several options are available including custom painting, caging, lockable doors, fixturing, hangers and many other options.

Shelving Unit Dimensions: The shelving unit is 30” wide, 18” deep and with heights up to 72” tall (86” including the MiR 100
Shelf Weight Capacity: The maximum shelf capacity is 100 lbs per shelf with a total payload capacity of 200 lbs
Number of Shelves: Units are available in 3 to 6 shelf configurations.
Shelf Materials: Shelves are available in painted steel, aluminum or stainless steel. Wire mesh shelves are also available
Shelf Guarding: All shelves have a ½” upward lip to keep cargo from sliding off a shelf. Additional caging is also available
Weight Capacity: The maximum conveyor payload capacity is 100 lbs
Communications: These top modules communicate with the MiR robot and the host system by Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
Operator Interfaces: Touchscreen operator interfaces are optionally available and can be mounted to the Top Module.
Sensors: Each top module includes one photoelectric sensor to detect the presence of the payload. Additional sensors are available.
Battery: Second MiR battery required. Up to 8 hours between charges.
Options: Special shelves, special custom fixturing, custom hangers, and locking compartments are also available. Optional three or four-sided caging with hinged doors are available. Special paints and materials are available.
