Product Information
Our mobile air disinfection robot top module combines two well-known and proven technologies. The air is disinfected by using UVC and the autonomous mobile robot from MiR which enables movement.
UVC has been used for disinfection in hospitals and in the food sector for years. It destroys the DNA of the germs and makes them harmless.
Our air disinfection robot top module focuses on the area where many people stay and exhale aerosols. The air is going to be disinfected up to a height of approx. 2 meters. This is exactly the area in which people stay. At an average speed of 0.75 m/s the robot cleans approx. 1800 m³/h. Tests by Heraeus Noblelight confirm an efficiency of 99.6%.
Our system can be operated directly in the surroundings of people. Workflows are not disrupted.
The disinfection construction is available for every type of robot from Mobile Industrial Robots. The easy installation and deinstallation enable multiple use of the robots. With a different construction the robot can be used for production during the day and as an air disinfection robot at night.
The application is compatible with: MiR100, MiR200, MiR250, MiR500, MiR1000

- Operates autonomously and efficiently, cleaning up to 1800 m³/h of air, ensuring thorough disinfection without disrupting workflows.
- Compatible with all MiR robots, providing flexibility in deployment and utilization, enabling dual functionality as a production robot or an air disinfection robot.
