Many Opportunities for Influence

We offer an exciting and responsible position with great opportunities to create your own stamp on the position. You will be part of our global technical support team consisting of 9 employees. You will take part in the preparation of technical material in close cooperation with our Technical Writer. You will provide the highest level of technical support to our distribution channel in the US, Canada, and Mexico. In addition, you may be called upon to support applications globally from time to time. The job will require 30-50% travel activity. The position is based out of our San Diego office.

Professional and Technical Development of your Skills

You take pleasure in working with cutting edge technology within mobile robotics. You are motivated to provide the highest level support to our customers and service them on a professional level. You will have the opportunity to challenge your ability in building relationships and trust with our distributors and end users. You will be focused and structured within your technical skills.

About You

A degree in engineering with 3-5 years of experience in robotics and/or industrial automation. Our candidate should have knowledge of PLC control, programming, and understand "computer/networking". You are outgoing and thrive in an international environment. You work independently, are full of initiatives, and have a great drive. Your work is based on sense of responsibility and ownership. You solve your tasks with enthusiasm and you possess key skills such as organization and self-motivation.

The International Perspective

As we work with a global scope and grow our distribution network throughout the world, it is essential that you possess and show cultural understanding, empathy, and responsiveness. Language-wise, you speak English and preferably a second language. You should expect a travel activity of at least 50 days a year
