Technical Support Engineer 技术支持工程师

We offer an exciting and responsible position with great opportunities as Technical Support Engineer in China, working from our office in Shanghai.

With support from the headquarter in Denmark, and in collaboration with our other Technical Support Engineer in China and support teams abroad, you are responsible for the technical support to our distributors and end-customers. You will be part of a dynamic and ambitious international company, with dedicated employees, who are all passionate about making a difference and creating a success in the robot industry. Areas of Responsibility:

  • Offer technical support to our distributors in China via email, phone and other communication tools
  • Visit distributors for performing technical training
  • Visit distributors and end-customers for technical trouble-shooting and after-sales support
  • Collect information from distributors and customers in order for MIR to continuously improve products



  • Hold a university degree in engineering/technical fieldChinese tech support engineer
  • Good understanding of electrical circuits
  • Good abilities within programming - Python/JavaScript/C++
  • Experience with robots or the robot industry/automation
  • Familiar with the Linux operating system
  • Knowledge of ROS and PLC is an advantage
  • Experience from an international company is an advantage
  • Strong ability to solve problems independently
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • Excited about traveling and supporting customers
